Pianos are heirloom instruments built for generations of enjoyment. Although I sell new pianos my passion is buying and rebuilding old pianos. I have been in this business for 30 years and have rebuilt over 1000 pianos. With new pianos costing so much for the quality, you can get a piano that has been rebuilt that sounds and looks as fine as a new piano with care and loving restoration can last generations more.

In todays society not many technicians would have the knowledge to rebuild a model built in 1854 which is the oldest piano I have ever rebuilt. I have rebuilt & reconditioned all types (Concert Grands, Square Grands, Vertical Pianos, and all types. I am quite familiar with English action and American action.

Recently in 1998 I was invited to go to India to teach piano technology and rebuild pianos for the only college teaching occidental music. I spent 3 months there teaching so that pianos could be tuned and rebuilt there by their own people.

Rebuilding is an option for resale as well as for the families wanting
to keep an heirloom piano in good working condition.
