My desire and passion is that when you walk through my doors, you have the pleasurable culinary experience that makes you want to come back again and again.
This will be attained through our own soups made from stock daily; salad dressings made here; our meat cut here; our beef ground here; we are one of the few restaurants that still serve soup and salad with our entrees; and always, there is proper attention to all food preparation and service of it.
