1. You will receive 50% of the selling price. The Boutique Exchange reserves the right to select only those items which we feel we can market. It is your responsibility to take with you the items not accepted, or they will be donated.

2. Clothing must be clean, fashionable and in current season.

3. Item will be sold at price listed on inventory sheet, unless we have a sale or if item is found to be damaged in any way. The contract period will be 90 days. All clothing is subject to in-store sales.

4. If items are not reclaimed by the pickup date, they will become property of The Boutique Exchange or be donated. Please mark your calendar so you will not forget your pickup date. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COME IN AND PULL YOUR ITEMS. It is also your responsibility to check on your account each month. We DO NOT notify you. There is a $5.00 fee for taking items out anytime before the week of your pickup date.

5. Your check will be ready to be picked up after the 10th of each month for merchandise sold the first through the last day of the previous month. If you want your checks mailed $1 will be deducted from your check. All monies must be picked up within 3 months. Unclaimed checks will be voided and will not be rewritten.

6. The Boutique Exchange is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of items left for sale.

7. All prices are subject to mark downs during sales or if found to be damaged (rip, tear, spot, etc..)
